It sounds like a very simple statement but, it is not easy to be you when people, situations and circumstances try to force you to be something different.
No matter what you are dealing with in life, it is important to remember who you are and who you want to become. Set small goals that help you get closer to your long term goals. Eliminate your distractions and distance yourself from people and things that pull you away from your goals.
If you are in situations or around people that are not alright with being yourself, make sure you push those people and situations out of your life so that you can become the best you possible.
