The caterpillar and the butterfly

A butterfly starts its life out as a caterpillar. There is a point in the caterpillar's life that it spins a cocoon and to the eye of someone looking at the cocoon the caterpillar looks to be lifeless but, when the time is right. The caterpillar transforms into a butterfly and flies from the cocoon.

My thoughts:

Much like the caterpillar in life there are times that we get tired or discouraged but, we have to know that with prayer and a focused effort to do better our lives will get better.

Do not look back and try to figure out why things in your life happened a certain way. Everything happens for a reason. Pray for forgiveness and then forgive yourself. Then trust and believe that Greater is Coming!

Psalm 31:1–5 Bible verses

1 In you, O Lord, do I take refuge; let me never be put to shame;
in your righteousness deliver me!

2 Incline your ear to me; rescue me speedily! Be a rock of refuge for me,
a strong fortress to save me!

3 For you are my rock and my fortress;
and for your name’s sake you lead me and guide me;

4 you take me out of the net they have hidden for me, for you are my refuge.

5 Into your hand I commit my spirit;
you have redeemed me, O Lord, faithful God.
